ไมโครซอฟท์ออก Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26200.5518 (Dev Channel) ที่มีรายการเปลี่ยนแปลงเล็กน้อย เช่น การตั้งค่าให้ Taskbar ปรับขนาดไอคอนเองหากมีแอพเยอะๆ (Taskbar icon scaling)

แต่มีผู้ใช้ชื่อ @phantomofearth ที่ขุดข้อมูลใน Windows Insider ค้นพบว่าใน Build นี้มี Start Menu แบบใหม่ซ่อนอยู่ ซึ่งเป็น Start Menu แบบที่ผู้ใช้เรียกร้องกันมานาน

• Start Menu มีขนาดกว้างขึ้น
• แสดงรายการแอพทั้งหมด (All Apps) ได้ในหน้าแรกของ Start Menu เลย (ปัจจุบันต้องกดเข้าไปอีก 1 ครั้ง)
• ปิดการแสดงรายการแอพ-ไฟล์แนะนำ (Recommendation) ได้แล้ว
• หน้า All Apps สามารถเลือกแสดงตามหมวด (Category) ได้ ลักษณะเดียวกับ Launcher ของแอพมือถือ
